The NAS held a Creativity Competition as part of their  "I Exist " campaign. The campaign is to raise awareness and transform the lives of adults with autism by ensuring they get the services and support they need.

Sue Burden attends Jigsaw and Sue entered her illustration "Expressing how it feels for her living in general needs flats."

Sue is a talented artist and her illustration was given high praise by the cartoonist Gerald Scarfe.

The exhibition in London finished on the 28th February but you can catch it next in Glasgow.

Expressing how it feels for her living in general needs flats. By Sue Burden
Sue says "All the scenes in each of the flats shown represent all the things I've heard having lived in    "general needs" flats for 13 years. There is a Desperate need for flats specifically for those with Asperger Syndrome and high functioning autism."
